Traditionally there’s no Friday night without a tasty curry dish. Curry was introduced to the island of Jamaica by Indian settlers, and since it has been adopted by Jamaicans as part of our national cuisine. Some of the well-loved creations are curry goat, curry chicken, lamb curry, vegetable curry and prawn curry, all good old island favourites.
