The love and passion we have for Jamaica/Caribbean foods has brought us to right where we are enabling you to enjoy flavours that has out lived the true masters a legacy all of us can embrace and preserve.
Believe it or not Jamaican cuisine includes a mixture of cooking techniques, flavours and spices influenced by Amerindian, African, Irish, English, French, Portuguese, Spanish, Indian, Chinese and Middle Eastern people who have inhabited the island.
It is also influenced by the crops introduced into the island from tropical Southeast Asia. All of which are now grown locally in Jamaica. A wide variety of seafood, tropical fruits and meats are available.
Some Jamaican dishes are variations on cuisines brought to the island from elsewhere. These are often modified to incorporate local produce and spices. Others are novel or fusion and have developed locally. Popular Jamaican dishes include curry goat, jerk chicken, fried dumplings, and ackee and saltfish patties along with various pastries, plantains, rice and peas, breads and beverages are also popular.
With our authentic all natural seasonings and homemade recipe sauces, we want you to cook foods you are used to while enjoying the traditional taste from any of the islands. Our products will put delicious flavours into any pot or any dish you create, that’s our Mission.
